Check out Liz and Michael’s sweet Broomfield elopement! Certainly eloping is not what they originally planned on doing, but world events dictated a change in direction. By necessity, all of the weddings I had booked for this year have either been postponed, drastically scaled down, or a combination of both. Liz and Michael’s wedding in Golden had been scheduled for September, with family and friends coming from all corners of the country. The pandemic put the kibosh on that plan, at least temporarily, but that didn’t stop them from tying the knot! They decided to simply elope in Broomfield, then have the big party whenever it becomes possible for them to do it. The only witness at their elopement was me — there wasn’t even an officiant, they simply exchanged rings and sealed it with a kiss. Love it! I felt really honored to be able to document this. Since no one in their families could come, I think it was extra important to get great pictures of their big moment. Congratulations Michael and Liz!
