Cute couple Wes and Maura’s Cliff House wedding on December 30th was just perfection. We had beautiful weather for the day, but an even more beautiful bride! Just look at how much Maura is smiling and laughing in these pictures! Of course Wes is madly in love with her, as he should be. Their late afternoon ceremony was a blend of Christian and Jewish traditions, and took place under a chuppah covered with a quilt handmade by Grandma. So sweet! The party was crazy fun, too — the dance floor was bumpin’ all night. I had such a blast documenting Wes and Maura’s big day. Thanks for letting me document your Cliff House wedding! Congratulations and happy honeymoon!
Rustic horse ranch wedding :: Brianna + Chris
Chris and Brianna’s barn wedding at her parents’ horse ranch in Elbert was a first for me in many ways. I’ve never before had a bride in a camo wedding gown. Brianna’s mom Diane made it, and I was awed by the amount of skill, craftsmanship, hours, and love that went into its creation… truly a custom couture piece. Brianna is a country girl with country girl style, and she stayed true to herself from head to toe, down to the Browning logo jewelry and safety orange accents! More firsts for me: I’ve never worn boots to shoot a wedding before. I’ve never gotten manure on my camera bag before, either (or for that matter, never seen equine wedding guests — the ceremony was in the barn as the family’s horses looked on from their stalls). And finally, I’ve never had a bride that made her own wedding cake. It turns out Brianna’s got mad pastry chef level skills!
All of those firsts aside, there were plenty of familiar things at this sweet event, most importantly the sight of two people crazy in love and making a lifetime commitment. Getting to document that never gets old! Brianna and Chris, wishing the two of you much happiness!
A woodland themed wedding shoot at the Edgewood Inn
These Edgewood Inn wedding pictures are from an impossibly dreamy styled shoot that I did there a about week ago. I love the idea of a woodland wedding! These ethereal images were created in collaboration with Rhonda Nichols Floral Design and with Bridal Elegance, at the beautiful, rustic Edgewood Inn in Woodland Park. Their contributions to this group effort were absolutely to die for and I absolutely loved everything! Stunning! Jordyn, who is simply exquisite, modeled simple, flowy and feminine gowns, and the design theme featured subtle, woodsy colors like moss green, taupe, claret and eggplant. Just gorgeous! Enjoy these Edgewood Inn wedding pictures, and be inspired!

Cliff House wedding :: Tiffany + Steve
I have so enjoyed getting to know these two over the last few months, so when the day of Steve and Tiffany’s wedding at the Cliff House in Manitou Springs FINALLY arrived, I was super excited! I couldn’t believe all the pretty little wedding details that they created for their special day (it turns out that Tiffany is REALLY good at this DIY thing — she even made her own bouquet!). The vibe was elegantly rustic. The whole day was laid back and personal, and I had such a wonderful time documenting it all. Congrats you two! Happy honeymoon!
Evergreen Lake House wedding :: Laura + Luke
A selection of favorites from Laura and Luke’s beautiful wedding in Evergreen, at Christ the King Church and the Evergreen Lake House. They couldn’t have asked for a more gorgeous day to tie the knot. There were so many great moments, I had a hard time narrowing it down to these few to share here! Luke and Laura, congratulations on becoming Mr. and Mrs.!
